We do not offer monetary refunds on any service.
It is our mission to ensure that our guests are 100% satisfied with everything we do, we guarantee to make you feel beautiful inside and out. If you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know within 7 days of your service. We will do everything our power to make it right and ensure you are absolutely delighted with the end result. If you ever have any questions or concerns about our work, please call us right away. We will gladly make the necessary adjustments. Because we want you to love your hair we currently do not offer monetary refunds, only redos.
Change of Heart Policy:
We understand that sometimes a certain look just isn’t for you. If you change your mind, you must pay to have the service(s) redone. Redos are determined by the original stylist on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the service.
We kindly request a 24 hour notice for any service cancellations. Late cancellations and no shows are subject to a service fee. Any sessions that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to pay 50% of all scheduled services, no-shows are subject to pay 100%. Thank you for your cooperation!
Hair care can be returned up to 2 weeks after purchase date for an exchange. All cosmetics and skincare are a FINAL SALE.
Acceptable Forms of Payment:
Cash, salon gift cards or credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. We do not accept checks.
Timing and Price Quotes:
For your first appointment we will reserve an additional 30 minutes onto our quoted timeframe, this helps account for any surprises along the way since it's our first time getting to know your hair. This allows us proper time to do a thorough consultation to get to know you and your hair. It also allows us time to accommodate any small unforeseen circumstances that may arise during your service.
Child Safety Policy:
We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. We also understand that your “me time” does not always align with your beauty sessions. We love seeing your children and watching them grow, but at the same time we must now enforce a Child Safety Policy at Rooted Hair Salon. We kindly request that children no longer accompany parents to the salon during lengthy salon sessions. Only children RECEIVING services may be present in our service areas. Older children (13+), capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. We request that if you have multiple children receiving services, an additional caretaker is available to supervise any child waiting for their session time. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals, and a busy, congested area makes for a potentially dangerous environment for your young children. We greatly appreciate your compliance with our Child Safety Policy.
Please note that our stylists run on a very tight schedule. When you are late for a session, this affects every session after yours. If you are tardy for your reservation, you will still be charged starting from the time of your original reservation.
